完売したストールのデザインは、受注制作を承れる場合があります。
同じデザインをもとに一枚ずつ手作業で制作するため、色の濃淡、筆跡、柄の位置や表情などは掲載商品と異なり、完全に同一の仕上がりにはなりません。
制作からお届けまでの目安は約10週間です。
制作内容や配送状況により前後する場合があります。
制作開始前に、ストール1点につき3,000円の申込金をお支払いいただきます。制作開始後のお客様都合によるキャンセルの場合、申込金は返金いたしかねます。Lempoy Labs側の事情により制作できない場合は、全額返金いたします。
Sold-out stole designs may be available as made-to-order pieces.
Each new piece is individually hand-painted based on the same design, so variations in color, brushwork, motif placement and overall appearance will occur. It will not be an exact duplicate of the product shown.
Please allow approximately 10 weeks for production and
fulfillment.
Timing may vary depending on production
requirements and shipping conditions.
A ¥3,000 deposit per made-to-order stole is required before production begins. The deposit is non-refundable if the customer cancels after production has begun. If Lempoy Labs cannot fulfill the order, the deposit will be refunded in full.

本商品は、シルク生地に一枚ずつ手作業で彩色しています。
手描きならではの筆跡や色の濃淡、わずかなにじみ・かすれ、
線や柄の個体差が見られる場合があります。
また、天然繊維であるシルクには、
織り目のわずかな不均一さや、節のように見える部分が
生じることがあります。
これらは製品不良ではなく、
手仕事と天然素材の特性によるものです。
同じデザインでも一枚一枚、色や柄の表情、
仕上がりにわずかな違いがあります。
大量生産品にはない、それぞれの個性としてお楽しみください。
実際の商品写真をご確認のうえ、
手仕事ならではの個体差をご理解のうえ、ご購入ください。
Each stole is individually hand-painted on silk.
Subtle variations in brushwork, color intensity, slight bleeding or fading, and differences in lines and motifs may naturally occur.
As silk is a natural fiber, minor variations in the weave or small slub-like areas may also be visible.
These are natural characteristics of the hand-crafted process and material, rather than manufacturing defects.
Even pieces with the same design may show slight differences in color, pattern and finish. These individual variations are part of what makes each piece unique, with a character not found in mass-produced pieces.
